Skill-Based Platform
SolDuel is a skill-based prediction platform. Users compete by selecting tokens and constructing portfolios based on their own research, analysis, and market knowledge. Outcomes are determined by real-time market performance of the tokens selected. SolDuel does not use random number generators, house edges, or any mechanism of chance to determine outcomes.
Risk of Loss
Participation on SolDuel involves wagering SOL, a cryptocurrency with fluctuating value. You can lose the entirety of your wager in any given battle or duel. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and past performance of any token does not guarantee future results. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose.
Cryptocurrency Volatility
The tokens available on SolDuel include meme coins and newly launched tokens that can experience extreme price swings. A token's price can drop significantly in seconds. The value of SOL itself fluctuates against fiat currencies. You bear all risk associated with the volatility of the assets involved.
Not Financial Advice
Nothing on SolDuel constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. The Platform provides tools for skill-based competition between users. Any token information displayed on the Platform (prices, charts, trends) is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for investment decisions.
No Guarantees
SolDuel makes no promises, guarantees, or representations regarding token prices, market conditions, potential winnings, or platform uptime. The Platform is provided “as is.” While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate price feeds at all times, or the absence of bugs or vulnerabilities.
Jurisdictional Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of SolDuel complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. SolDuel does not represent that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
Blockchain Finality
All transactions on the Solana blockchain are final and irreversible. Once a wager is deposited into escrow and a match is settled, the outcome cannot be changed. There is no chargeback, reversal, or dispute mechanism for on-chain transactions.
